Order Placement and Payment

Submitting an order represents your offer to purchase products from SAND + FOG.
We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. Declines are uncommon and generally occur due to payment processing issues or when items are out of stock.
Pricing is displayed in USD and may change without prior notice. In the event of a pricing error discovered prior to shipping, we will contact you before proceeding with your order.
Payments are processed securely through trusted providers at checkout. We do not retain full credit card details on our servers.
To provide fair product access, perfume oil purchases are limited to five units per scent per customer. Orders exceeding this threshold will be canceled.

Shipping and Delivery

SAND + FOG ships to the delivery address submitted at checkout. Please verify your shipping details carefully since we cannot reroute packages once they have shipped.
Estimated delivery timelines are provided but are not guaranteed.
Once your order leaves our facility, responsibility for the package transfers to the carrier. We will gladly help provide tracking information but cannot assume liability for shipping delays or damages occurring during transit.
