Return Eligibility and Timeframe
SAND + FOG strives to ensure you love every purchase. You have 30 days from the shipment date to initiate a return. Eligibility requires products to be unused and returned in their original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned unless there is a defect.
The following items are ineligible for return:
- Opened or used products
- Products marked as final sale or limited edition
If you are unsure about your item's eligibility for return, please contact us before sending it back. We will confirm if a return is possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify SAND + FOG within 7 days of delivery. Please include a photo of the item received.
We will resolve the issue by offering a replacement or full refund, at your choice. In these cases, return shipping costs are covered by SAND + FOG.
Initiating a Return
- Contact us via our contact page with your order number and the items you wish to return.
- Wait for authorization from SAND + FOG before sending your return package.
- Follow the specific return instructions provided once authorized.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the product is defective or the error is on our part, you are responsible for return shipping charges. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as SAND + FOG cannot reimburse items lost during return transit.
Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. The exact timing may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
Exchanges
If you want to exchange an item for a different scent or product, please contact us first. Exchanges depend on available inventory.
If the replacement costs more than your returned item, you will receive a payment link for the difference. If it costs less, we will refund you the difference.
About Scent Preferences
Fragrance preference is subjective and not considered a product defect. If you are unsure about which scent suits you, please reach out before purchasing so we can assist you in making the best choice.
